The Superintendents of both the Seoul and Kyongnam Offices of Education awarded plaques to Dr. Kim, recognizing his contribution to English education in their respective provinces. While Dr. Kim carried out these programs, he was also appointed Advising Professor by the superintendents of Kyongnam and Seoul Offices of Education.
